Patrick A. Zlogar

Prior to joining PLA, Pat Zlogar was a principal with Rappleyea Public Affairs Group. While at Rappleyea, Pat provided legislative advocacy and strategic consulting services to Fortune 100 clients in the banking, energy and consumer services fields. He also developed an expertise in the gaming industry and is well known for his representation of trade associations.

Before his affiliation with Rappleyea, Pat was director of state government relations for Household International, Inc. HSBC, where he acted as a liaison to business executives, defined legislative business objectives, and prioritized lobbying activity. He was actively involved in lobbying the New York and New Jersey legislatures on a variety of issues. While serving as director of legislative operations for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Pat created a member company grassroots program and originated a political action committee.

A former member and past president of the New York/New Jersey Financial Services Association, Pat holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College. He has also been involved in a volunteer capacity with a variety of professional, civic and community organizations.

Pat’s proven track record in formulating successful legislative strategies and his reputation as a trusted liaison between the corporate and government sectors make him an invaluable asset for all PLA clients.
