Junior Associates:

Scott T. Farrell

As a junior associate in the New York City office, Scott focuses on local government relations, international business development and new media.

Prior to joining PLA, Scott was a marketing associate at Northwestern Mutual. Before that he was a junior broker at John Thomas Financial. He also has worked in the New York State Banking Department as well as having served as a press intern in the New York State Executive Chamber in Albany.

A native of Portland Oregon, Scott earned a bachelor's in finance, information and communication systems from Fordham University. While at Fordham, he completed a medieval Spanish pilgrimage: the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. An accomplished soccer player, Mr. Farrell was the MVP and team captain of two international tournaments in Europe. He also has coached soccer for the Boys and Girls Club of America in Hillsboro, Oregon.

His solid education background in finance and information systems, as well as his hands-on experience in state government, adds another layer to PLA's strong client services orientation.
