Christopher R. Bombardier, Partner

Chris Bombardier advises a diverse range of clients on public policy, legislation, regulation, procurement and appropriations before the New York State Executive Chamber, NY State Legislature, state agencies and the United States Congress. His clients include Fortune 500 corporations, health care providers, real estate developers and transportation-related industries.

Chris handles all aspects of government affairs for clients, from strategy development to public relations.  He regularly monitors legislative developments, including the rapid changes in the political dynamic, to protect or advance his client's interests.  He has worked on policies affecting economic development, tax, insurance, environmental regulation, health care and large-scale development projects, to name a few.

Prior to joining PLA, Chris served on the staff of Assembly Majority Leader Ron Canestrari.  He holds a juris doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University and a bachelor of arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  He is a member of the Town of Guilderland Industrial Development Agency and president of the Albany Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors. A leading business publication, the Capital District Business Review, named Chris to its "40 under 40" list of most promising up and coming executives and The Capitol newspaper named him a "rising star" in New York government.
