Christopher F. Grimaldi, Partner

Since his graduation from Albany Law School, Chris has worked in government and government affairs. Chris served as assistant counsel in the NYS Senate Majority Counsel's Office under Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno. During his tenure on Senate staff, Chris earned team leader status with responsibility for the committees on Transportation; Corporations & Authorities; Local Government; Cities and Veterans and Military Affairs.

Additionally, Chris served as Deputy Counsel to the New York Republican State Committee. In this capacity, Chris provided advice on general party issues as well as legal representation on election law matters, which included the representation of Governor George E. Pataki.

During his tenure as the Village Attorney for the Village of Schuylerville in Saratoga County, Chris acquired vast experience in municipal law, providing counsel on a wide variety of municipal issues.

In addition to his law degree, Chris possesses a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from Union College. Chris is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
