Jacquelyn A. Williams, Partner

Jacquelyn Williams brings to Patricia Lynch Associates extensive hands on experience and involvement with high profile projects in the downstate region. Over the span of Jacqui’s distinguished career as a government affairs professional, she has worked with some of the top strategists and lobbying firms in New York City.

Prior to joining PLA, Jacqui was the Senior Vice President of Land Use and Corporate Affairs for Bill Lynch Associates. She has also served as Senior Account Executive at Yoswein New York. Among the many clients she represented are IKEA, Brooklyn Law School, United Hospital Fund, SEIU 32BJ, Thor Equities, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, Cablevisions Systems Corporation, Albee Development, LLC and the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership.

As the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce’s Director of Economic Development, Jacqui co-created Fulton First, a business revitalization project for one of Brooklyn’s main commercial corridors; managed Brooklyn Mills, a garment manufacturing incubator and founded the Quick Sew Training Center, a training program for immigrant workers in the needle trade. Before her tenure at the Chamber, Jacqui served as the Chief Executive
Officer of the Central Brooklyn Federal Credit Union, the first community development financial institution chartered by former President William Jefferson Clinton.

Jacqui has also been a member of Community Board 3 in Brooklyn and chaired the Economic Empowerment Committee of the Brooklyn Chapter of the NAACP.

Along with her background as a criminal justice major at the State University of New York and as a proud veteran of the United States Navy, Jacqui brings a unique perspective of public service and its institutions to the table. Her professionalism and dedication to the advancement of PLA’s clients’ objectives make her imminently qualified to meet the challenges presented in the New York City market.
